Redbreast is the world's best-selling single pot still Irish whiskey, produced at Midleton Distillery in County Cork by Irish Distillers (Pernod Ricard). Triple-distilled from malted and unmalted barley and matured in bourbon and sherry casks, it is a benchmark of the category.
Tasting notes
Matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry and ruby port casks. Dark chocolate, stewed plum and Christmas spice on the nose; a deep, textured palate of red berries, marzipan and toasted oak with an exceptionally long finish.
