Redbreast is the world's best-selling single pot still Irish whiskey, produced at Midleton Distillery in County Cork by Irish Distillers (Pernod Ricard). Triple-distilled from malted and unmalted barley and matured in bourbon and sherry casks, it is a benchmark of the category.
Tasting notes
Non chill-filtered at 46%. Rich pot-still spice with dried fruit, toasted nuts and a touch of cinnamon. Full-bodied and oily on the palate with sherry and oak in balance, finishing long and warm.
