How ordering works
A trade-only process built around bonded goods and pro forma payment. There is no card checkout and no consumer sale.
Open a trade account
We verify the business, its licences and, where relevant, its excise authorisations. Approved accounts see EUR pricing and can order online.
Order or request a quote
Build an order from the range or ask for a quote on specific lines and volumes. Lead times and customs status (T1 or T2) are shown on every product.
Pro forma invoice
We issue a pro forma in EUR, EXW Netherlands. Payment is by bank transfer.
Release from bond
On cleared funds, goods are released from our bonded warehouse in the Netherlands to your nominated carrier or bonded destination, with the excise and transit documents your movement requires.
Duty-suspended goods. Buyers are responsible for holding the authorisations needed to receive goods under duty suspension in their destination, or for arranging duty payment at import.
