Tasting notes
Bin 407 offers varietal definition and approachability, yet still with structure and depth of flavour. The wine has a deep complexity of flavours, on the nose there is immediate aromas of violet and mulberry leaf, laced with star anise, cinnamon, orange zest. To taste there is hints of sour cherry and oak, with deeper notes of dark fruits and green olive flavours which further define the vintage.
