About Louis Roederer
Founded in 1776 and still family-owned, Louis Roederer created Cristal in 1876 for Tsar Alexander II — its clear, flat-bottomed bottle was designed so no explosive could be hidden inside.
Tasting notes
A prestige cuvée blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Roederer's own grand cru vineyards, showing ripe citrus, brioche and white flowers with a long, precise mineral finish. Best served well chilled as a celebratory pour.
